Dear Prospective Merchant,

The Amarillo Museum of Art (AMoA) Alliance invites you to join us at our 44th Christmas Roundup on November 1-3, 2024 in the Amarillo Civic Center North and South Exhibit Halls. Christmas Roundup is the largest fundraising event of the AMoA Alliance and supports the educational programming at the Amarillo Museum of Art. It is a juried show with a limited capacity and merchant selection is by committee approval. We hope you will take advantage of this fabulous opportunity to showcase your business while also helping a worthy cause. The selection process is based on the type, quality, and price of the merchandise offered, and the order in which each application is received.

Interested merchants should:

  • Submit a completed application online with a $25 non-refundable fee as soon as possible to secure a booth for 2024. If selected, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required within 2 weeks of acceptance.

  • Premiere Row spaces must be paid in full once the application is accepted.

  • Upon committee approval in Spring 2024, selected merchants will receive a contract and invoice via email.

  • All contracts and the remaining balance of booth fees must be submitted and paid by June 15, 2024. All deadlines are listed in the merchant contract and are strictly enforced.

In addition, all merchants are required to provide an item valued at $50.00 or more for the silent auction upon check-in at the show.

Benefits of participation include:

  • Each booth is built and set up with back and side drapes and includes 24-hour security, access to the hospitality suite, merchant signage, electric hookup, one 8 foot table, and 2 chairs per single booth.

  • Inclusion in marketing efforts, including promotion on the event website, Facebook, and other social media.

  • No assessed commission. All proceeds remain with the merchant.

Cancellations:

Written request of cancellation must be received for the return of funds to be considered. Please note, the $25 merchant application fee and $100 deposit are non-refundable. As a courtesy, please notify the merchant committee of cancellations as soon as possible.

  • On or before June 15, 2024, merchant will receive 100% of refundable fees.

  • After June 15, 2024, all reserved booth fees will be forfeited.
